Sim activation

Hello,I just started using Ee today.I don’t know how to activate the sim. No mobile network connection on my phone.I tried to connect my sim via ee app,i asked for a code and entered the ee sim number but no text arrived for the code.What should I do next? Thanks

Is your SIM a pay as you go or pay monthly SIM?
