Adding a mobile Broadband to MY EE

Struggling to add a mobile Broadband to MY EE. Got the very first invoice alredy by post. When trying to link it to the account online it keeps saying "Please enter a valid account number". The account number is on the invoice.

I am having the same issue when I go to link my EE MINI HUB mobile broadband to my account it asks for a billing account number and doesn’t accept my actual account number printed on any of my bills?

Resolved! Balance and top up

This may sound incredibly dumb but I've bought a mobile broadband and prepay sim .....How do i check the remaining balance and top it up ?? What am i missing ??
