Dongle not working properly

Good morning 

I have a dongle under monthly contract but every now and then I have to reset it as it stops working. Since this morning it has not worked. I have unplugged on multiple occasions and plugged back in but still get no WiFi signal. Would anyone have any advice? Thanks
