Today at 10am the engineer came to install busiest home broadband, we should be around 1.3-1.6 GB download .
The speed is only around 300 mb and dropping out all the time.
I would have thought after 6 hours of install we should see speeds closer to the advertised.
I am struggling to find the best number to check everything is in order
I can see the EE app appears to be your preferred method of communicating, however I just get notifications saying the app isn't working properly.
What's the best number for a new broadband user with no home phone included to call for support please
