Why is the mobile app and website so bad?

I login to the mobile app once a month to share mobile data with another number under my account, and every single time I've had issues doing this.

I've now started using the website for this, but the same thing.

Login error or "We cant process your request right now"

Can someone from EE please please please fire your web developers and get a team in who can actually run a service. 

I do one action once a month, and every time it's broken? How this this allowed?

@userbradley  The simply fact that not all customers have this same issue means it’s an account related issue.  How does anyone fix an account related issue unless you report that issue by calling customer support.   While your on the phone you can also request an account reset as this just might be all that’s needed.
