i would like to no how to cancel my account as its over 24 months now

If you are wanting to cease your mobile contract completely you need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. Otherwise if you intend to move to another network, either taking your existing no. with you or not, get your PAC or STAC respectively from EE & give it to your new provider.

@singy You need to call customer services and give 30 days notice.

If you want to change to a different network and keep your number you just need to text PAC to 65075 and then give that code to the other network and this will automatically cancel your contact with EE as this will port your number to that network. A PAC code last for 30 days before you then need to request a new pac code.
