Hi,

upon texting 150 "up" I received the text  "Great news: you can upgrade early! Get the latest handset today. There's no early upgrade fee if your new plan's monthly cost is higher than your old one. Call us on 150, go to shop.ee.co.uk, or find your local store at ee.co.uk/store-finder" however when I go to upgrade online it shows an early upgrade fee of £118.79, even when the new plan is more expensive how can this be resolved?

You still have to pay the handset fee. The upgrade fee is the remainder of your contract, which is discounted.

There's an upfront fee of £30 for the upgrade but if I'm selecting a plan more expensive than my current then the £118.79 should not be present as stated by the text from 150
