I upgraded my contract last week and kept the same number I have always had, up until today it was working absolutely fine until I phoned EE earlier this evening about 6pm for a bill enquiry and now I have a completely different number!! I need advice on this, I have never had a problem with EE but I am now absolutely livid.
Please someone tell me I can get my number back so my family & friends can contact me.

@Loumcg You’ll have to call and speak with customer service about this. When you upgraded did you receive a new SIM card ? If you did are you using that new sim ?

I didn't receive a new sim, I should still be using the one I've had for six years with the same phone number but all of a sudden my numbers randomly changed.

If you call "your" number, what happens?
