Hi I tried to upgrade my phone plan and wasn’t able to due to a late fee I had when I went back to Australia, paid the £50 extra deposit and all to counter that but, I ended up not being able to upgrade anyway and got a refund, was wondering if there is any way around this? I need a new phone as this one barely works, is it easier through online? Anything would help
