Hi I ordered a new sim only deal today through my BT app. When I ordered it I was told it would be £23 a month but when it processed it automatically went up too £33 a month. I was with three pay before and need to keep my number for my boys schools but have no way to contact EE to figure out why this happened. If it was £33 I wouldn’t have went thru with the hassle of changing networks

Have you looked at your bill or just going on what the direct debit amount is? Your first bill is always higher than normal as you pay in advance.
