Website will not show my account with bills.
I need to print the bills for my accounts.
Keeps telling me to log out and log in again or it cannot get my details.
This has been going on since December, appalling service.

Are you on a business or personal account? Have you tried doing it on another device or browser?

Business user.
It all worked well up to November but since December just says cannot retrieve account details.
It does the same on the mobile app.
I did get through to Steve and he emailed me the bills I needed.
Did not even wait in a queue, very refreashing to get such a quick responce.
Seems the site has problems and it's know thing.
