Hi

My phone was suspended because of my outstanding balance.  I just paid it now, and its still not working. 

Pls advice.

It can take 48 hours to clear and EE to process the payment. Your account should be reactivated within this time period.

EE standard opening hours are 8am to 10.30pm every day.
