hello I lost my phone and the sim is pay as you go

Welcome to the community,

You need to report both as lost and so they can be blocked, blacklisted, so no-one can use them.

You can then get a new phone and either order a replacement SIM card or go to an EE high street store with photo ID to get a replacement.

If you do not have a phone, you can either buy one from EE or from any other store.
