Paid by Apple Pay

I just paid my phone bill with Apple Pay, the money has been taken but it’s still showing as not being paid?

Welcome to the community.

It can take up to 24 hours for a payment to go through on the system. 

I'd recommend checking back in later today to make sure the payment has gone through.
