Hi, had a problem recently where I was unable to work for a couple of weeks. During this time, my debit bounced and my access was cut off. Once cash started to come back in, I paid £100 into the account to get access restored, leaving just this current month to pay.
However, the site does show the £100 added to the account but every other page still insists that I owe £171 and that I need to pay now. I suspect it's also blocking me upgrading one of the phones to a sim only contract even though it's within 20 days of the contract ending.

You'll need to speak to EE CS about this issue. Use Skype and the number in my signature over wifi.
