I had bad service so phoned three times. The service never got better but but my DD kept going up. 22 to £45I for internet that never worked.  So after another phone call I cancelled my DD. 6 months later I find they have been billing me at an address I have not lived at for 2 years. So I have a bill for £250  which I am being chased for.

@Clearwater2021 : Cancelling your DD doesn't cancel your contract or your indebtedness to EE. It still runs on as you never cancelled it. It puts you at risk of marring your credit history & nasty letters from debt collectors as you'll still be owing EE money.
