Moved to sim only contract but my bill seemed wrong

Hi, 

I moved to a sun only contract on the 24th August 2023, however on the 1st September I was billed the amount of my old phone contract. I just want to check as to why that is? I also don’t want this to happen again for October. I have tried calling but not managed to speak to anyone. Thank you

When did your phone contract reach its min. term? You are charged for your phone contract up to end of its min. term before your SIM-Only contract kicks in.
