Hi
Please can someone assist?
I'm going on a cruise and would like to know the cost of data add ons for the maritime package but can't find an actual price anywhere on EE's website
I'm on pay monthly and online chat said that my roam further included benefit will cover me but roam further I believe only covers land based not sea based areas?
Please can someone confirm or give a link to prices? It seems a very hard to find answers to topic, even after reading existing posts on here
Thanks in advance
Ali

Thank you Katie but this just says "buy data add on" and doesn't answer whether my smart benefit includes it.
I'm struggling to find confirmation anywhere for what I need unfortunately

Hi @Leighsterrr.
My apologies.
The Roam Abroad pass will cover you in additional destinations such as:
The pass will not cover you whilst you are on board the cruise ship, however, the ship will likely have WiFi available.

Thanks Katie, but could you please point me in the direction of the maritime actual charges should I need them or is it something I can't find out until I'm onboard?
Nothing on the EE website tells you a price but you can find all other roaming prices

Thanks Chris
That's the link I tried, it just says "buy data add on" but no prices
I've given up with the idea, I'm told the WiFi on board isn't great so will just have to go without! 😞
Thanks for trying 🙂

That's all of the information we have, @Leighsterrr. Sorry we couldn't give you more.
Hope you have an amazing time.

Hi, why can’t you provide information on charges for using the maritime networks? The original poster asked about 5 times and you just kept sending him to the same link which doesn’t give that information? 🤷🏻♂️
EE charge for it, so you have to be able to tell your customers the charge.

HI @mh43
The post you replied to was 2weeks shy of a year old
The link you're wanting is now at https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/roaming/roaming-costs/countries/maritimeshipsferriesandcruises
That might change in another year....
