Friends and family

Hi i have just upgraded my sim only deal and lost my friends and family discount. I have spoken to 150 and finding it very hard to get it reinstated they have now put a 30% bt ee discount but its time limited and not the same as what i had. So im just wondering how i can get back my friends and family discount as i was told that was life time.

Im not to shore havent seen him since covid but i cant see why not as he has been with ee for years now so i would say yes he still working for ee.

Dose it matter if he is there as i was told the discount as a life time discount?

If the employee leaves the company then friends and family discount will drop off when your change your plan/upgrade @Bikerdan1986. 

Please check if the employee is still with EE if they are they will be able to contact the relevant internal team to get your discount reapplied.
