Lightico resend link

Hi all,

In August, I upgraded my EE contract, went through a process with a staff member on the phone, and completed the contract signing session via a website link called Lightico. I would now like to clarify a discrepancy between what I agreed to on the call and signed on Lightico, and what my EE portal is currently displaying. Is there a way to retrieve a copy of the document that was signed on the Lightico site and displayed at the end of the upgrade process on the call? I've followed the instructions on the Lightico link to resend a link to my device, but I have not received one.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

If you think the plan isn't correct, I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can make sure it is.
