I want to transfer my sim from EE to EE it’s on contract as my sim would say like no SIM card on phone while sim is in there or would be out off service I don’t have time to walk into store to get new sim as I work every day & I can’t wait 2/3 working days to receive new sim so I need to transfer my number to new EE sim

@Jannatarfi1 : Are they both on contract or both on PAYG or a mixture?

EE won't port nos. between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no. to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.

You could alternatively move your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.

My old number is with EE and it’s on contract but the new number which I want to transfer to that sim is pay as you go but as I switch it will still be on contract which is fine

Call CS & ask for your contract to be transferred to your PAYG SIM.
