Hi,

im looking to get a SIM only deal with EE after having to cancel my current contract with a different provider due to poor network. When I’ve checked, all network providers say they are experiencing issues in my area.

If i get a SIM only contract with EE, and my network is so bad I can’t use my phone again, can I cancel the contract within 14 days? I wasn’t sure if this was only for contracts with a phone

@Niamh18 : It's for anything you buy over the phone or online. If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
