Hello,
I have been unable to download our business invoice since June'23. When I select invoices and payments, the total invoice is stated and the date that the Direct Debit has been collected but there is no longer any option to download the invoice. Where can I get these invoices from please?

Hi there,
We are using the website via ee.co.uk, but don't have an app as we are a business. This would not be possible. We used to be able to download the invoices directly from the website, but the option has now disappeared.
