Contract termination.

I have a favour to ask. In a month I will reach retirement age in the UK and after receiving my pension I would like to return to Poland.I will still have a valid EE telephone subscription contract for 5 months.A 2-year contract that I would like to terminate before leaving.What total fee would I have to pay to terminate the contract? I would like an answer. Thank you !
