I went to pay for my phone bill on Monday and it come up with an error so I tryed again and then took more money off me and now I am down by 200 can’t even afford to pay my other bills

Are both payments showing as completed in your online banking or is one pending?

Hi I just have been on phone for 20 minutes and spoke to an agent and they have sorted it out but I have to wait till someone looks into it for the refund
