Hi my bill should be 13.50 but you keep charging me 15 pound . I have spoken to you a few times and you keep telling me it was rectified but it is not . Can someone look into this please again.

What does the £15 charge show as on your bill? 

Do you have any chargeable add-ons showing in your My EE app?

Don't forget about VAT too. You may be looking at the price before 20% VAT

My contract is 13.50 including VAT. I have no add on . This should have been rectified but it hasn't .
