My WiFi box was working fine until about 9.30am and since then it's flashed green and is giving me no connection at all, is it just a matter of waiting or is there something I can do to fix this issue?

Are you referring to a router or a WiFi extender? Which 1?

I don't understand what you mean by which router

There are all diff models of routers, even those supplied by EE. They have model names or nos.  I dunno which 1 you are referring to. Look on its label or post a pix.
