Hi, does anyone have a geographical telephone number for customer services? Eg 01XX?

My phone plan does not include 0800 or 0300 numbers and for some reason I can’t text 66033

Thanks!

All phone plans include Freephone 0800 & 0808 nos for free by Ofcom edict. Use the Freephone no. on my sig. (Opt 3).

Who is your phone plan with?

Aah amazing! I got cobbled with charges for calling an 03XX number recently and assumed it applies to all non-geo numbers. Just checked the id website and 0800 is indeed free.

Thanks for your very prompt and helpful reply @XRaySpeX ☺️

Thanks! You're welcome 🙂 ! Glad I could be of assistance & trust it is now sorted.

I would've thought that 03 non-geographic nos. are also inclusive.
