Guarantee speed

I ordered a brodband from EE. In the contract I was promised 150mbps, but 100mbps is guaranteed. Today the engineer installed the broadband, fired it up for the first time and tested it??? 16mbps, second test 21mbps. This is not even a quarter of what I am guaranteed in the contract. I'm disappointed.

Welcome to the EE Community and thank you for your post!

I am sorry for the problems you had with your broadband speed after installation.  I am reaching out to double check everything is looking ok now.  Can you post back and let me know how the service is performing now, please?  Also, how did you run the tests?  Were the tests run using a wired or wireless connection?  Wired results would give you a more accurate result.  There are a lot of factors that can affect a wireless result.  Check this out for more info:  How do I check my internet speed?
