I was today persuaded by EE to transfer my broadband over to BT for faster speeds and cheaper bill. I have only had my EE broadband contract for 3 months and now really worried about getting a huge bill for early termination. Are EE & BT transferring each others customers for free or should I be concerned?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi @Kim-B
Thanks for coming here.
I would suggest giving us a call and our broadband guides will get the transfer looked into and check any extra charges for you.

@Kim-B : Yes, but in reverse, from BT BB to EE BB.
You won't get faster speeds unless you are moving to a diff type of BB.

Interesting as I was forced to EE without my permission! I wanted to stay with BT
I've raised a mis-selling complaint with BT. Been incredibly stressful

Thank you all so much for your help. I have today phoned EE (finally have a day off work) and spoken to a broadband guide, who have confirmed no early termination charges to pay - to say I'm relived is an understatement!
