I have been on the ee app. I've gone to the icon which is titled Manage but when I tap on it I only see my mobile subscription and plan but not my broadband bill. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but to no avail. Any assistance please would be great

@Beyond1 : Have you linked your BB a/c to your online EE a/c?

@Beyond1 These are 2 different accounts so until you link your BB account to the phone account it’ll not show. You’ll need your BB account number in order to link them via the app. On the home page scroll to the bottom and click link a product.

In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE Broadband.

I was told by bt when placing my ee broadband order that verything would be taken care of i. e standing order bill viewing etc. I am a pensioner snd finding this a bit overwhelming.

EE will implement the service but it's up to you to set up the online a/c to manage it.
