Sorry but I cannot see where to go to get the 12 months free, they just want to charge for it, I previously had it free as BT customer. Contract renewed and now switched to EE

@Martyn2020 : Do you have EE Home Broadband? That's when you get it free for 1 year.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

Yes, everyone renewing or starting a BT contract is now being moved across to EE.

I now have EE

Essentials: Fibre 50

I am still on a BT Hub though, not sure if I will get a new EE Hub in the coming weeks

Those links take me here, with nowhere to log in to EE, when I log in under a new tab in the same browser it still shows the same when I refresh this tab.  It flashes on a Norton page first but only for a second and then goes back to this

Hi @Martyn2020

Are you seeing a charge when following the steps provided on this page HERE?

Katie

@Martyn2020 :  Right near the bottom of that page isn't there a Register & Download  button? In fact there's many of them.

You don't login to EE. Norton should know you're coming in from EE cuz you coming to it over EE BB.

There are 2 places to click and log in on that page, when I press them it takes me to a different page, I log on and there is no mention on the page of Norton.

The link at the bottom of the page says log in and then 'Add ons and Benefits', I cannot find that anywhere on the page

I would add, the Norton I set up under BT is still running on my other computers, I am trying to set it up on a new laptop and get the instructions for the future

Should I be looking at a Norton or an EE page, when I use your link it flashes on a Norton page and then changes to an EE page a second later.  It's the page I took a screenshot of above, there is no Register & Download link on that page
