Sorry but I cannot see where to go to get the 12 months free, they just want to charge for it, I previously had it free as BT customer. Contract renewed and now switched to EE

Are you running over EE BB?

It is not far below the bit you posted:Capture.JPG

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up => 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB => 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB => 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU => 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU => 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC => 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC => 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC => 2022: EE 80 Meg FTTC (no landline number)

I still have a BT hub but switched to EE Fibre 50 on 27th Dec. I have paid my first EE bill and had a refund for my BT bill, all my bill details, and links to Norton have gone from the BT website

It's nowt to do with the router but the BB connection you are running on.

As you can see from this screenshot, I am missing the 'Register and Download link on the page that comes up

They told me they changed the service on 27th Dec, so I am on EE

Seems I cannot get it from EE or BT websites but I can use an already downloaded copy of BT/Norton on another computer to generate a link to download a version on my new laptop.

@Martyn2020 : I can see it but I'm on legacy EE BB. I can only presume that for New EE BB they have replaced it by that Cyber Security that @Katie_B   referenced.
