BT have recently transferred all my BTID information over to EE.  In doing so all the numbers I had on my Call Protect list have disappeared - neither can I view my bill from EE.  I have been trying to acquire a BTID but EE are telling me they do not recognise my account number - even though I have this number on a letter received.  Can anyone help please

I need to alter my Call Protect settings but cannot find a way to do it either on old bt.com or ee.co.uk

Has anyone found a way to do it?

@Bluenails For broadband this may help? Not sure about mobile.
