No home internet

Having come out the other side of a 7 day “outage”, l have no home internet, BT router on with lights, but no connection to my laptop, have gone through the unplugging/plugging back in with the same results as previous, l seem to have internet via the BT router to my phone! I have checked the Microsoft security settings and all looks good there, apart from an update ready to happen when I get on the internet.

Any ideas please thanks

Hi, @Pete-Bingham welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're having problems connecting your laptop after the outage. I'd recommend trying a factory reset of the Hub, use the reset pinhole button on the back of the Hub located just above the power socket and let us know if that helps.
