I signed up for move from BT for BB TV and phone as well as mobile. Went live yesterday and I've spend hours on the phone as never got a single confirmation e mail.
They told me they will write to me instead as my BT internet email is not recognised.
Frustrated to say the least and wonder what I've commited to🫣
