Last week I transferred my broadband from legacy EE to new EE with the latest smart router. After installation I accessed the new Hub Manager site using my nee credentials. I was able to change the wifi password and view active devices.
All fine for a week then two days ago Chrome is marking the site 'not secure' and denying access. I have tried a different device and other browsers, all with the same result.
EE tech support unable to help. Is this a common problem?

Is this when you enter 192.168.1.254? If yes this is your router and you are access the settings pages which are on your local network so it’s safe to continue.
