Had a new HUB and WiFi Disc installed in December 2023. Returned both at the end of December but keep getting messages to say EE/BT have not received it. I have the receipt and the confirmed delivery by Royal Mail. How can I contact EE by email with copies of the receipt and delivery confirmation to confirm I have sent the equipment back?? Or even speak to a chat so they can check my delivery?
