Hi I must be missing some thing but where is the game and work mode ? Can’t see it I. The app
plus when I try and activate my Xbox game subscription get error page in the app and same when I try and activate the discovery plus in the app just keeps going back to active now ;(

Hi @NursallJ Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, have you taken out the EE Wifi enhancer extra with your New EE broadband plan?
The Xbox game pass needs to be claimed on the EE website and not the app.

yes took out the top BB package and will try on the website again as cant activate the discovery plus also 😞

i've managed to sort the discovery but there no option on line to active my game pass only buy one only show on the app ?
