Hi. Looking for some advice. I maybe moving to a different address where the available speeds with EE are much slower that what I get at my current address. At the moment I'm in contract and have Fibre Max 300 with 300mb line but after checking the speeds in the area I would be moving too the max EE can provide is 76mb. Its a small culdisac area and although i dont the exact address i have checked multiple address in that area. Would EE have to provide me with 300mb or would I be able to cancel my contract penalty free due to them not being able to provide my contracted speed. Giga clear can provide up to 900mb so I'm not why sure whe EE cannot.
Thanks in advance for any responses.

EE can only offer what it has available there. GigaClear uses a diff infrastructure, that of City Fibre.

Thanks for the reply. So if EE cannot maintain the speed at the next address compared to my current address where do I stand.

You take what they offer there or you cancel the contract with early termination charges. EE contracted to provide a certain BB plan at your current addy with a free move to a new addy taking whatever the EE services are available there. They have kept to that. You are the 1 who is moving.
