New Smarthub plus daily loss of connection

Since moving from bt to ee on the fibre 900 package I've been experiencing loss of connection daily around 1am -5am... hub shows aqua light suggesting its connected to the net and the fibre modem doesnt show LOS.. Hybrid connect isn't kicking in...

sometimes ethernet connected devices will work where as WiFi won't.... had the in home engineer out and openreach out .... had a new hub sent to me still at the same conclusion... had anybody any idea what could be causing this? Tia
