Cant get my online account no account number

I'm trying to access my account and link my briadband, but it asks fir my account number.  I've not got any emails only texts none contain my account number.  I tried the ref from my direct debit but says not valid

@Esty1976 : Your A/c no. will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

OK thank you, I've had no emails yet only texts none contain the info.  My DD has a ref number but its ovs not an account number
