Hi please cancel my broadband subscription with you as I have dementia and I am going into a care home please respond asap so I don’t have to worry about it plus cancel home phone please respond asap

To cancel your EE BB & Home Phone  you phone EE on the Freephone no. (Opt 2) in my sig. and give 14 days notice
