Broadband Problem

What on earth is going on been without broadband for 5 days now, day it happened was told 3 days max and be back on 14:20 Friday 1st .. that day arrives and nothing I call up oh yes this is only a estimate (not was was told on the phone) “possibly another 24hrs but we’re not sure other than a fault I presume”  you try self serve chat and it just states major fault aim to be sorted by the date that was originally and same time. You try the customer service line broadband team you name it just been pushed left to right and no one with no answers. there is literally nothing  in regards to it no information like they usually have done with a update on their website or social media platforms it’s just shocking.
