Over the last few days I can no longer check the status of my home broadband order, its looks like EE website is having issues, I get the attached, I have checked this on several browsers and get the same, luckily I have been getting updates via sms but not sure what's happened online

I’ve reported it to ee a few days ago but still getting the same issue, I’m still waiting on external works being carried out as openreach couldn't complete last week so not sure how long it will be having the tracker is handy to see where it’s up to can’t see it being fixed anytime soon

Completely get it, wish the process was more simple and straightforward I’m currently have no Broadband service it’s like being back in the 80s LOL
