Ordered mine at the start of October and received at the end of October. So about four weeks, which is what I was quoted when I made the order (waited just over 28 days).
It's worth noting that Apple do this deliberately every year (launch with low supply) to increase the demand for their product so they can drive their prices up and increase overall sales. The waiting game is all pre planned.
