I have just switched over from BT to EE as my contract was nearing its end, everything seemed fine until I tried going on to my Apple TV (had a text confirming that EE had cancelled the existing BT contract) however I was due 6 months free Apple TV and Apple Music. I was sent a text link to enable the these services to go live however when I tried it kept saying on the Apple store 'Cannot Connect' tried the tech department who sent an email link however still not working, has anyone out there had similar issues?

When clicking the link that you have been sent are you connect to WiFi?
