New Apple Watch Setup

So I have recently got an Apple Watch through EE which says it’s comes with data etc, has a new number on our account for it.

When I try to setup the watch for myself, it says I cannot use the mobile service as it’s not on my plan and to set up as a family member.

When I setup for a family member, I cannot use my Apple ID.

I don’t know what’s going on!

P.S. No SIM card came with the watch, not sure if it’s supposed to or not.

@EzmeHarding   What was the name of the tariff you ordered with the watch ?     Was it a personal plan or a family plan ? 

I have no idea! Where would I be able to see the difference 😂

You can view the plan details in your EE app if you select the watch number, what does this say for the plan?
