Since I bought my Apple Watch last year I have never been able to set up the data on it, all I get is an error message. I’ve spoken to customer services on several occasions and no one seems to be able help. Screen shot of the error is below, can anyone help?

The last communication I had was that it was being set up and would be working within 24 hours. This was after spending over a week trying to get it sorted, when it didn’t work after the 24 hours I gave up trying

I think it's worth speaking to our technical support team over the phone on 150, they'll be able to check over your account fully and help you get set up.
