Hi, im using this to log the fact that there is only a phone number to contact to report a phone stolen. the number does not however have a stolen phone option. it is simply the standard EE option board. I have been sitting in a phone queue for one hour and this is simply not good enough.
as well as logging the problem, can i suggest you have a simple tab on web to facilitate this. if there is one its not straight forward to find.

I'm sorry to hear your phone has been stolen.
You should hear an option to report your phone stolen when calling 07953 966 250. The options are 1 > 2 > 1.
